Our Proven 1-Day Installation Process

Every Exterior Source installation follows the same proven six-step process:

1. Preparation — Floors are prepared using diamond grinding with HEPA filter vacuums to minimize dust.
2. Repairs — Penntek’s Mender is used to fix all pits, spalls, and cracks in the concrete.
3. Basecoat — Penntek’s high-solids, self-priming polyurea basecoat is mixed and applied.
4. Flake Broadcast — Polymer flake is generously broadcasted to provide color and texture to the floor.
5. Scraping — Excess and vertical-standing flakes are scraped and vacuumed from the floor.
6. Topcoat — Penntek’s UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat is applied with a squeegee and roller.
